Every story submitted to this website is reviewed before publication to ensure that it complies with all guidelines. You are strongly encouraged to make a backup of your story before submitting it. When your story goes live on the website, you will be notified by email. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to reject your submission if it fails to meet the criteria listed below. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to submit a story. All posts must also adhere to the following guidelines:
Stories cannot exceed 500 words.
Please proofread your writing. While each story will be lightly edited before going live, stories that are hard to understand may not be published.
Posts should not contain any personally identifiable information, such as phone numbers, mailing addresses, or email addresses.
Stories must describe personal experiences at Tropicana Field that are positive in nature. Submissions that disparage the Trop or otherwise present the Trop in a negative light are not accepted.
Stories cannot contain content that encourages or supports illegal activity or that is offensive, threatening, illegal, graphic, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
Posts that make malicious or false accusations against any individual, group, or organization will not be published.
Posts should not be political in nature. Please avoid making general political statements or arguments.
Any photos included with your story must be materials you own.
Commercial solicitation or promotion of products is prohibited on the website.

The Trop is often criticized for its location and design. What do you think people tend to misunderstand about the Trop? What makes the Trop a special place to you?
